Terms and Conditions

We have a 30-day return policy on all full price items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee to cover unrecoverable credit card fees. All discounted items are final sale. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the cost of freight, customers are responsible for their own return shipping. You can ship the items back independently, or we can provide you a shipping label at your expense. Exceptions will be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Final sale items that were damaged or incorrectly shipped will be accepted. 3% restocking fee will be waived for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a result of online customers abusing our return policy, as of October 3rd 2024 all discounted items are FINAL SALE. Exceptions will be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We are more than happy to make exchanges based on size or style, however we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges, so freight will be charged on all exchange shipment(s).


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
