Born and raised in Clearwater, BC, Amanda joined the Wells Gray Outfitters team in November 2025. With a passion for staying active and spending time outdoors, she brings plenty of enthusiasm and local knowledge to the WGO team.

Amanda enjoys a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities, including running, golf, camping, fishing, paddleboarding and baseball. Whether she’s hitting the trails for a run, getting out on the water, or enjoying a weekend camping, Amanda loves making the most of the outdoors and everything the North Thompson Valley has to offer.

When it comes to products at Wells Gray Outfitters, Amanda is especially excited about Brooks running shoes, Icebreaker, Suncloud and Fjällräven — and, as she puts it, “all our clothes!” Her love of activewear and outdoor clothing makes her a great resource for customers looking for comfortable, functional gear for everyday adventures.

Amanda’s favourite spot in Wells Gray Provincial Park is Moul Falls, a place that has been special to her since she was a little kid. She has plenty of memories there — including one particularly memorable hike when she and her companions ran into a bear on the trail!

For Amanda, fall is her favourite season to explore Wells Gray. She loves the beautiful changing colours throughout the park and the cooler temperatures that make it even more enjoyable to get outside.

As a longtime Clearwater local, Amanda enjoys helping customers find the right clothing and gear to make the most of their own adventures — whether they're heading out for a run, spending a day on the water, camping in Wells Gray, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
